The City of Daphne is located on the east side of Mobile Bay in Baldwin County, Alabama.  The northern boundary of Daphne is Interstate 10 and the shoreline of Mobile Bay defines is eastern boundary.  Daphne is one of the 3 municipalities that constitute the "Eastern Shore" area of Alabama.  Spanish Fort borders to the Daphne northern boundary while Fairhope immediately to the south.

Daphne is approximately 11 miles east of Downtown Mobile and 45 miles west of Pensacola, Florida.  This makes for an easy commute as Daphne, AL Real Estate remains centrally located.
